Terms for using the website and purchasing visits, parties, and memberships.

Company and contact
Keiki Kingdom is the shared brand. Honolulu and Waipahu are operated by Keiki Kingdom Inc.. Aiea is operated by SMAP Inc. DBA Keiki Kingdom Wonderland Adventure. Mailing address: 98-145 Kaonohi St, Aiea, HI 96701. Contact: cs@keikikingdom.com.
Purchaser and location
An adult at least 18 must make the purchase and provide accurate contact and participant information with appropriate authority. Your selected location and order confirmation identify the service purchased. Your purchase is with the operator of your selected location identified above, using the mailing address listed above. These terms cover purchases for Honolulu, Waipahu, and Aiea.
Your booking
Review the date, time, location, participants, add-ons, price, and any deposit or remaining balance before paying. A booking is confirmed when confirmation is issued. Keep your confirmation and contact the location promptly if something is incorrect.
Online admission cancellations
For Honolulu, Aiea and Waipahu online admission bookings, cancel at least one hour before the scheduled start for a full refund of the amount paid, including taxes and card surcharges. Exactly one hour qualifies. Customer cancellations with less notice and no-shows are nonrefundable. This rule applies to online admission, not front-desk purchases. Contact the location to request cancellation or a change. Managers may approve exceptions.
Admission changes and late arrivals
Online admission may be rescheduled without a change fee with at least one hour of notice before the original start, subject to availability. Later requests are not accepted under the standard policy; managers may approve exceptions. There is no fixed rescheduling-count limit, but notice deadlines and availability still apply, and repeated misuse may be referred to a manager. Late arrivals receive their purchased play duration up to closing; unused time after closing is forfeited. Parents or guardians must remain and supervise their children. Children under 12 months enter free at all three Hawaii locations; their accompanying adults pay the normal adult admission rate.
Party cancellations and changes
For Honolulu, Aiea and Waipahu parties, cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled event start for a full refund of amounts paid, including taxes and card surcharges. Exactly 14 days qualifies. Later customer cancellations are nonrefundable unless a manager approves an exception. Rescheduling is free with at least 14 days of notice and subject to availability; managers may approve shorter-notice exceptions. Guest-count and add-on changes may be requested within 14 days, but availability is not guaranteed. Room capacity cannot be exceeded; a larger group may require a different available room. Honolulu/Aiea deposit-booking balances are due at check-in on event day. Any taxes and card charges must be disclosed before payment.
Price changes and venue cancellation
If an approved room change or reschedule increases the price, you pay the difference; if it reduces the price, the difference is refunded. If Keiki Kingdom cancels your visit or closes unexpectedly, you receive a full refund including taxes and card surcharges. These policies do not remove rights under applicable law or silently replace the terms already accepted for an earlier purchase.
Membership renewal
One-time membership purchases do not authorize recurring charges. If you explicitly choose monthly automatic renewal, the amount and billing frequency are shown with a separate authorization. Renewal continues until cancelled. Use /membership/manage to recover your management link and stop future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period. We provide price-change and renewal notices as required by applicable law.
Membership benefits and changes
Members may stay all day during opening hours. The Monthly Membership excludes weekends and holidays marked on the visited location's published calendar; the Kingdom Membership has no plan blackout dates. Both plans include 20% off toys at all three Hawaii locations. Only one listed adult may use a shared adult membership at a time. Membership pauses are not offered. Cancelling stops future renewal and preserves access through the paid period; the current paid month is nonrefundable. Turning 18 does not automatically change an existing member's price: that price continues until the member changes or cancels the plan.
Visits and waivers
Follow posted facility rules and staff safety instructions. A parent or guardian must supervise children. Participants must have appropriate activity-waiver coverage, and a parent or legal guardian signs for their children. Anyone signing on behalf of another participant must have authority to do so. The activity waiver is a separate document and is not replaced by accepting these Customer Terms.
Communications and privacy
We use contact information to service the order and handle requested communications. Promotional messages are optional. Read the Privacy Policy and SMS Program Terms for details and choices. Optional tracking and marketing consent are separate from agreeing to these terms.
Using the services
Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person's information without authority, or interfere with others' use. Our branding and site content may not be misrepresented as your own. These terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights.
Help and updates
For help, contact the selected location or cs@keikikingdom.com. Keep a copy of the terms and purchase conditions. Changes to a website page do not silently alter an existing accepted order.
