Who this covers
This policy describes the Keiki Kingdom websites and booking services for Honolulu, Waipahu, and Aiea, and information used by our staff to serve you at those locations.
Information we receive
We receive adult contact details, names and dates of birth of participating adults and children, household relationships, reservations, attendance, membership and payment references, waiver signatures and signing information, communications, and relevant customer-service or safety records. Contact forms also receive job inquiries. Technical information may include IP addresses, browser information, errors, and your privacy choices.
Why we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, arrange visits, verify eligibility and waiver coverage, process payments and renewals, send requested service communications, prevent misuse, maintain safety, and resolve disputes. Promotional email and text choices are optional and separate from purchasing. Do not include payment card numbers, medical details, or identity-document images in contact forms.
Children and guardians
Booking and waiver services are intended to be completed by adults. Parents and legal guardians provide information about participating children. Contact us to review or correct a child's information or discuss deletion. Providing information about a child does not authorize marketing to that child.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting, data and file storage, background processing, payments, email and text delivery, staff sign-in, and security and error monitoring. Digital-wallet providers process passes when requested, and calendar services supply public hours and closures. Membership information, including member names and dates of birth, is included in information sent to our payment processor. The covered location operators use a shared customer and booking system. Authorized staff may access information across these locations to support visits, memberships, waivers, customer service and safety, subject to their assigned access. Service providers and appropriate legal or safety recipients may receive information needed for their roles.
Advertising and choices
Optional analytics and advertising technology on marketing pages runs only after your choice. Advertising technology may disclose online identifiers and activity to its providers. Cookie settings let you reject or withdraw optional tracking. A Global Privacy Control signal turns optional tracking off. We do not interpret the older Do Not Track signal as an additional setting. Marketing text-message consent is not sold or transferred to other companies for their marketing.
Facility recordings and promotional images
Security cameras record video and audio in shared/public facility areas; recording notices are posted. Cameras are not placed in bathrooms or changing areas. Routine recordings are kept for seven days. Footage saved for injuries or disputes is retained separately beyond seven days. There is no fixed retention period for those saved clips; the duration depends on the incident, claim, dispute and related recordkeeping needs. Access to recordings is restricted to authorized management. You may decline promotional photographs or videos of yourself or your children without losing admission. Promotional image choices are separate from security recordings and required activity-waiver acceptance.
Storage and retention
We retain a minimal communication opt-out record independently of customer profiles so merges, deletion, or later bookings do not silently restart marketing. Ordinary customer profiles become candidates for deletion or removal of identifying information after 24 months without a booking, visit, active membership or other ongoing service need. This is a review threshold, not automatic deletion. Payment and accounting records currently have no automatic deletion cutoff. Booking, waiver, safety and consent records may be retained for ongoing service, accounting, disputes, insurance claims, legal obligations or proof of choices. Routine stored email and text-message bodies are scheduled for cleanup after 90 days; delivery records, recipient details, backups and provider copies have separate retention and review needs. When eligible identifying information is removed, historical booking and financial records may remain linked to an internal reference. Cancelling a booking or unsubscribing does not itself delete customer records.
Communication choices
Visit /privacy/choices to stop promotional email or text messages without logging in. These choices apply across Keiki Kingdom locations in this system. We keep the email address or normalized phone number, channel, sender scope, source, dates, and current suppression status to honor the choice. Unsubscribing does not delete records or cancel bookings or memberships. A verified START or UNSTOP reply to our texting number can remove the delivery block, but does not enroll you in promotions. Promotional texts require a new, separate opt-in. Booking checkboxes and profile edits do not remove a saved suppression.
Requests and contact
Email cs@keikikingdom.com or use /privacy/request to ask about access, correction, deletion, or a privacy concern. Specify the location and request without sending identity documents or card details. We verify authority before disclosing or changing personal records, explain applicable retention exceptions, and respond under the laws that apply. Cookie settings and message opt-outs do not require identity verification. You may request a copy of your information, correction of inaccurate information or deletion of eligible information. The rights, response deadlines and exceptions that apply depend on your location and applicable law. We will explain if we cannot fulfill all or part of a request. Use Cookie settings to withdraw optional tracking choices and /privacy/choices to stop promotional messages.
Updates
The version on this page identifies this text. We update this notice when our practices change and provide notice or seek consent when required by applicable law. This notice does not itself give permission for optional advertising, promotional messages or recurring payments.
